Police pulled over a motorcycle late Saturday night on Tusculum Boulevard, for not coming to a complete stop at the stop sign on Bohannon Avenue and Austin Street. The driver was identified as Anthony Setser, of Marshall Lane.
Setser reportedly admitted he did not have insurance or a motorcycle license. A consensual search of Setser’s backpack found a cigarette pack that contained a plastic bag with 20 alprazolam pills and 10 clonazepam pills.
He was placed under arrest for two counts of Possession of Schedule 4 Drugs, driving without a license, financial responsibility failure, and stop sign violation.
