The Mosheim Planning Commission approved a site plan for a new Yoder’s strip mall development during its meeting Thursday night.
The new roughly 9,000 square-foot development will be located adjacent to the current Yoder’s Country Market at 15275 W. Andrew Johnson Highway. Yoder’s offers deli sandwiches, baked goods, and bulk goods, plus locally sourced items.
The development will include five tenant spaces, two of which are expected to be occupied by an Auntie Ruth’s Doughnuts and a Mountain View Furniture showroom respectively.
The other three spaces do not currently have tenants, according to the developer. The largest space in the development is about 2,600 square feet with the smallest being around 1,400 square feet.
Work on the new development is expected to begin soon.
