The Greeneville man Radio Greeneville News first told you on Tuesday that police were looking for was taken into custody in Johnson City
Michael A. Ledford of Morrow Lane in Greeneville was wanted on a Criminal Simulation charge, related to an incident in the YMCA parking lot on June 1st.
Another man reported he met Ledford in order to sell him some Pokemon trading cards. Ledford handed the victim $200 but when the seller noticed the money was fake, the suspect with cards in hand, reportedly ran to his car and fled the scene.
After receiving a tip Tuesday that Ledford was in Johnson City, Police there were notified and later took him into custody. He was transported to the Greene County Detention Center with a Sessions Court hearing scheduled for today.
