Greeneville City Manager Todd Smith told Radio Greeneville News Thursday afternoon Mayor Cal Doty continues on the road to recovery
The mayor was transported by EMS to the Johnson City Medical Center Tuesday afternoon after suffering a medical emergency prior to the City Council meeting.
He remained a patient at the Medical Center as of Thursday afternoon.
