A man residing on Midway Circle and wanted in Iowa was taken into custody following the execution of a search warrant last week.
According to a press release issued today by the Mosheim Police Department, an ongoing Methamphetamine Distribution investigation by the department and the 3rd Judicial Drug Task Force led to the execution of the search warrant on March 16 at 297 Midway Circle, with the assistance of the Greene County Sheriff’s Department SWAT team.
The resident of the home, 50-year-old Robert Kuebler, has an outstanding warrant in Cass County, Iowa for failure to appear on drug charges.
Kuebler was charged with possession with intent to deliver Schedule 2, 4 and 6 drugs, as well as felony possession of drug paraphernalia.
