Greeneville Police received a call of a male in the Greeneville Commons, who was attempting to get into various vehicles.
Officers arrived at the Commons around 4:30 PM Friday and made contact with the man, identified as Seven Emmert of Knoxville. Emmert stated he had hitchhiked to Greeneville.
It was found that Emmert had two active arrest warrants out of Bradley County Tennessee for receiving stolen property and filing a false report. Emmert was transported to Greene County Detention Center and held for Bradley County, who said they would extradite.
