A man was arrested on Sunday afternoon after the Greeneville Police Department received several calls regarding a male fighting the air near the median on the highway.
Officers responded to drunkenness on the 2700 block of East Andrew Johnson Highway and found the man who appeared to be shadow boxing, according to the report. The man, later confirmed to be Neal Hubler, claimed he was from Colorado. He said he had a fight in New York and had to train by shadowboxing. Hubler also told an officer that there was a hit out for his murder on YouTube.
Hubler reportedly left his items in a ditch beside the Waffle House before walking to the median. The officer said he was wearing coveralls that were unzipped and his underwear was exposed. He also reportedly had slurred speech and did not appear to be in the right state of mind. He was arrested with public intoxication and taken to the Greene County Detention Center.
