A man was arrested early Saturday morning after reportedly taking video of a woman without her knowledge.
Police went to a residence along South Cutler Street early Saturday morning and were notified that 29-year-old Joshua Hance had been recording the victim while she was changing clothes and in the shower, by putting his phone under the bathroom door.
A resident at the home had access to Hance’s phone and showed multiple videos to officers. Hance told police that he did not know how the footage appeared on his phone.
Hance was charged with unlawful photographing in violation of privacy, and was released on bond pending a court appearance.
