A Bluff City man was charged with disorderly conduct at the Love’s Travel Stop on Lonesome Pine Trail.
The Greene County Sheriff’s Department responded around 1:45 this morning. A store manager said a man, identified as Jeremy Murray of Ryder Church Road, appeared to be intoxicated and was harassing customers. He also said Murray was coming in and out of the store, but was not purchasing any items. He was also reportedly walking around customers’ cars.
The manager said he wanted Murray trespassed from the property. When the deputy gave Murray the trespass ticket, he said he would not leave and to take him to jail. Murray was then transported to the Greene County Detention Center.
