A man wanted in Greeneville on a statutory rape charge from August was arrested in Washington County Wednesday.
The incident involving 38 year old Jeremy S. Wagner occurred August 9th at a Kiser Boulevard apartment and was reported a day later.
Wagner, who is listed as a homeless resident in Johnson City, was making a court appearance in a Washington County courtroom Wednesday morning on a non related matter when the warrant was served on the Greeneville charge.
He was returned to Greene County to await his initial court appearance in Sessions Court.
