Police officers noticed a male walking down Tusculum View access near Dogwood Park Friday night.
The man was making erratic movements consistent with possibly being under the influence.
Officers spoke with the male, later identified as Gregory Stewart of Grassy Creek Road. Originally, he stated his name was Robert Stewart. He also gave police a false social security number.
It was found that Gregory Stewart had a violation of probation out of Greene County. It was not until police brought up a picture of Gregory Stewart, that the man admitted it was him.
Stewart was placed under arrest for the violation of probation and criminal impersonation. He was transported to the Greene County Detention Center.
