Greene County native Madison Metcalf Shelton’s third album drops this weekend.
The album entitled “Make Heaven Crowded” includes the title song, in addition to gospel classic How Great Thou Art. Other songs are entitled I’m Free, I’ll See You Through, Chasing Me Down, Forever Changed, Be Still, Just Passin’ Through, For Momma and Forever Mine.
Except for How Great Thou Art obviously, all the other songs are originals

Make Heaven Crowded-“It’s our mission as Christ’s followers to go tell the world about the love of Jesus. To be a living testimony of Christ’s redeeming power and His grace. Your mission field is wherever God has placed you, so go and join me in Making Heaven Crowded.”
Be Still– “Be Still is one of the rawest songs I have written. As humans we tend to worry about what the future might hold and wonder what’s next. I was laying in my bed one night and heard the voice of God just telling me to be still. No matter what you’re facing, the anxious thoughts, the long awaited test results, the hours of endless stress, worry for things that are out of your control. I want to tell you Jesus hears you and He sees you. Rest in Him and just be still.”
I’ll See You Through– “A song my grandmother had written and recorded quickly became one of my favorite songs as a child. Just seek God. He will see you through”
Forever Mine – “This song is so special because it isn’t only a song, but it was my wedding vows. I got to marry my high school sweetheart this past August and the song is all about unconditional love that we share with each other that comes only from Jesus.”
The album is on the Windrush Productions label and will be available beginning today on the Apple Music and I-Tunes apps.
