The Appalachian Fair announced Madison Metcalf as their queen and 2024 Fairest of the Fair in a press release issued on Monday.
Madison is the daughter of Brad and Paige Peters and Kevin and Melinda Metcalf of Afton. Madison will compete for the State Fairest of the Fair title in Murfreesboro in January 2025.
1st Runner-Up: Kaitlyn Thacker, daughter of Clinton and Rebekah Thacker of Kingsport.
2nd Runner-Up: Sally Anne Gregory, daughter of Melissa Fleenor and Dustin Gregory of Jonesborough.
3rd Runner-Up: Brenna Lawrence, daughter of Treneane & Omar Lawrence of Kingsport.
4th Runner-Up: Emily Anderson, daughter of Jessica & Chris Anderson of Fall Branch.
Additionally, Alyssa Shelton was named Miss Congeniality. She is the daughter of Samuel & Angela Shelton of Jonesborough.
