Several local wrestlers delivered outstanding performances at the Region 1-A Tournament, held Saturday at Volunteer High School. With strong performances across multiple weight classes, these wrestlers now set their sights on sectionals at Chuckey Doak on February 15th, where they will compete for a chance to punch their ticket to the TSSAA State Tournament.
The Greeneville Greene Devils showcased depth and strength, qualifying wrestlers in every weight class except 285, earning a runner-up team finish behind Tennessee High.
