Lady Devils Claim win, boys 3rd
The GHS golf teams went to Johnson City and competed in a 3-way match with Science Hill and Volunteer at the Blackthorn Club. The Lady Devils carded an 81 to finish 4 strokes ahead of the Lady Toppers’ 85. The Lady Falcons closed out the field with a 109. Brylee Catron shot a 37 for the Lady Devils, while Kylee Renner finished with a 44.

The Greene Devils shot a 169 and finished third. Science Hill shot a 148 to stand atop the leaderboard, while Volunteer came in with a 159. Bryce Guinn lead the Greene Devils with a 39, followed by Bryson Rickers’s 41, Wolfgang Rabern’s 44, and Conner Shipley’s 45.
