DISTRICT 5 CANDIDATES
Two of the three incumbents in the fifth commission district, Pamela Carpenter and Gary Shelton are seeking reelection. Lloyd “Hoot” Bowers chose not to run again. The two other Republicans on the ballot are former Greeneville Police Chief Terry Cannon and current Greene County Sheriff Wesley Holt. There are no Democratic or Independent candidates in the August General Election in the fifth commission district.
