Marijuana and around 10 grams of Methamphetamine was located during a vehicle search Sunday afternoon leading to the arrest of a Limestone woman.
Officers with the Greeneville Police Department reportedly observed a vehicle driving with a busted tail light, that later pulled into Planet Fitness on the Andrew Johnson Highway. Officers spoke with the driver and informed him of the taillight. He then gave consent for a vehicle search.
According to the report, during the search a bag with a green leafy substance and a glass pipe with residue was located, which belonged to the passenger Dixie Dearing-Rupert. She was placed into custody.
After further investigation, Rupert stated she had a glass bowl and some Meth in her bra. Two glass bowls were located along with about 10 grams of Meth. She was given multiple drug charges and the driver was given a verbal warning for the taillight.
