JONESBOROUGH – Washington County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 21 year old Donald Andrew Casterline of Limestone last week and charged him with two counts of Aggravated Domestic Assault and one count of Unlawful Carrying or Possession of a Weapon.
In a news release on Tuesday, Sheriff Keith Sexton reported Deputies responded to a call in the 900 block of Bowmantown Road shortly before midnight on May 22. The victims told Deputies that Casterline had been drinking all day, had a rifle, was very aggressive and they were in fear for their safety. Deputies were able to contact Casterline via phone and he eventually came out of the residence. Deputies located the rifle which was placed into evidence.
Casterline was being held in the Washington County Detention Center without bond pending his initial court appearance on Tuesday.
