The Greene County Partnership is now accepting applications for the 2025-2026 class of Leadership Greene County, a premier leadership development program designed to inspire, educate, and connect local leaders who are passionate about making a lasting impact in their community.
Leadership Greene County offers participants an immersive, year-long experience that explores the key sectors shaping the future of Greene County-from economic development and education to government, healthcare, and social services. The program kicks off in August 2025 and culminates in August 2026, including a mandatory overnight retreat, monthly issue-focused sessions, a community service project, and an overnight visit to Nashville.
Applications are due by June 1, 2025.
To be eligible, applicants-or their employers-must be members of the Greene County Partnership. Participants are selected based on demonstrated or potential leadership ability, commitment to the community, and interest in active civic engagement. Tuition for the program is $1,000, with participants responsible for a minimum of $50. Sponsorships may cover the remainder.
