A Knoxville woman was arrested Wednesday after passing out behind the wheel at Love’s Travel Stop in Bulls Gap.
Deputies responded to Lonesome Pine Trail and found the woman, Anna Finley, passed at the air pump. After getting woken up she reportedly appeared to be in and out of it as she struggled to keep her eyes open and her head still during sobriety tests given. She was arrested for Public Intoxication.
A search was conducted and deputies found a baggie containing a white substance and a small rock looking substance believed to be Methamphetamine. Finley admitted to deputies she was told the white substance was Heroin. She was given additional charges including Manufacture, Delivery, Sale or Possession of Meth.
