A Kingsport woman was charged with trespassing after entering an Afton residence without permission.
Officers went to a home along Chestnut Ridge Road around 8:45 Thursday morning on a report of a woman breaking into a trailer on the property. The suspect, 32-year-old Amber Moser of Kingsport, had previously been trespassed from the property.
According to the resident, Moser also took around $145 cash from his wallet but he did not wish to press charges against her for burglary. Moser was taken to the Greene County Detention Center on the aggravated trespassing charge.
