July 14th Trial Date Set For Greene County Double Murder Suspect

A July 14, 2026 trial date has been set for double murder suspect Jessie Wilhoit.

The 36 year old Mosheim man remains jailed at the Greene County Detention Center on $2 million bond on two counts of first degree murder.

He is accused of the machete killings of 68 year old Ray Allen Wilhoit and 60 year old Cassandra T. Wilhoit October 25th of last year at the Hartman Lane residence the three shared.

The trial date was set during a status hearing Tuesday morning in Greene County Criminal Court before Judge Alex Pearson.
