The Tennessee Highway Patrol has released details on the wreck that slowed traffic on Highway 107 Thursday evening.
According to the THP Preliminary Report, a white Ford F350, operated by 34-year-old Christian Ellis, and towing a concrete pump, was driving south on Highway 107. A black KIA, driven by 23-year-old Zachery Miller, was slowing to turn left, and the truck struck the rear of the KIA and forced it into the opposite lane.
The KIA then struck a third vehicle, driven by 51-year-old Larry Miller, causing the KIA to spin around and hit the guardrail.
Traffic was rerouted for a period of time while the accident scene was investigated and cleared.
The Tusculum Volunteer Fire Department, THP, EMS, Tusculum Police and Greene County Sheriff’s Department responded.
The driver of the KIA suffered injuries, according to the report, but their seriousness was not listed. No other injuries were listed.
