A Greeneville woman reported to police Monday the theft of an IMADORK license plate from the vehicle she was driving, which belongs to her partner from Damascus, Virginia.
In that state, plates must be displayed on both the front and back of the vehicle. But while the Jeep was parked in front of the Dollar General Market on East Andrew Johnson Highway late Monday afternoon, the front IMADORK specialty license plate was taken, the driver telling Greeneville police she assumed someone thought it was cute so they took it. There was no camera or video footage available.
