A High Wind Warning will be in effect for Southeast Greene County from 6 PM this evening through 11 PM on Saturday.
According to the National Weather Service in Morristown, winds of 25 to 40 miles per hour with gusts up to 70 miles per hour are expected. The strongest wind gusts for this event are expected to be late tonight. Winds will become more westerly by Saturday morning.
Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines. Power outages are possible. Travel could be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
