Greeneville Municipal Planning Commission will meet this morning followed by the Board of Zoning Appeals.
The planning commission will review staff reports with updates on various current and pending projects. They will also consider Conceptual approval of a subdivision known as the “Bohannon Development” located on Whitehouse Road and being the Land Star Development, LLC property. The property was recently annexed into the Town of Greeneville.
The conceptual plan shows the construction of 218 single family residential units on 107.7 acres. The plan also shows the construction of approximately 9,670 feet (1.8 miles) of new street that will be publicly dedicated to the Town of Greeneville. The development will be developed under the same guidelines as the Johnson Farm development located on North Rufe Taylor Road.
The meeting will be held at Greeneville Light and Power, in the G. Thomas Love Board Room at 9:30 AM.
