The Greeneville Municipal Planning Commission will meet this morning and will consider granting approval for a medical office site plan for a building on the West Andrew Johnson Highway.
According to the agenda, the medical office would be located across from the Planet Fitness building. The site plan indicates a 3,798 square foot building with required parking spots and a single entrance from the WAJH. It also shows a turn-around area for fire truck access. The agenda states storm water detention will be provided by underground pipes and is designed for the 50-year design storm per TDOT requirements.
Also to be considered is a plat showing the subdivision and re-combination of four parcels of land located at 128 and 130 Maple Crest Drive and 110 Stratford Drive. The plat removes portions of platted lot lines and combines portions of the parcels to create three new parcels from four.
Additionally, the board will consider granting Preliminary and Final Approval for a plat showing the recombination of two parcels of land comprising the Courtyard at Morgan Farm P.U.D. (Planned Unit Development). The plat removes a lot line that was created without formal plat approval by the planning commission. The intent is to recombine the two separate parcels back into the original configuration of the planned unit development when it was originally approved. This will result in one of the two homeowners associations being dissolved or potentially both being dissolved, and a new homeowners association being created.
The meeting will begin at 9:30 AM in the G. Thomas Love Boardroom at the Greeneville Energy Authority Building, located on 110 North College Street.
