Greeneville Mayor Cal Doty was back in his seat at the City Council meeting Tuesday following a stroke just two weeks earlier.
And while the Mayor did seem to struggle at times verbally, he did not mince his words when calling for better communication between the city and county.
Mayor Doty cited ongoing joint projects such as Greene Valley and other inter local agreements as reasons for better cooperation between the two entities.
