A man matching the description of a suspect involved in shoplifting Tuesday morning, was located and arrested by the Greene County Sheriff’s Office later that afternoon.
Keith Littrell was spotted before 5 PM on Tuesday near the 600 block of Warrensburg Road. When deputies first spoke with him, he said his name was Christopher Littrell and gave his date of birth. According to the report, deputies could not verify the suspect, so they transported him to the Greeneville Police Department for fingerprints.
Once the fingerprints were complete, the suspect was confirmed to be Keith Littrell. He reportedly had active warrants out of Greene County. He was arrested for the warrants on violation of probation criminal and violation of probation 2nd, and was additionally charged with criminal impersonation.
