Washington County Sheriff’s Office arrested Trenton Kyle Effler, 24, and charged him with Possession of Schedule I Controlled Substances and Driving on a Revoked License, third or more offense.
According to Sheriff Keith Sexton, Deputies stopped Effler along Highway 107 at 10 p.m. on July 24. K9 Cain alerted on the vehicle, and a search of the vehicle yielded a baggie containing 8 grams of psilocybin mushrooms, a digital scale and two glass pipes.
Effler was transported to the Washington County Detention Center where he is being held on a $10,000 bond. He will appear in court on July 27.
