The Greeneville Police Criminal Investigation Division reports the arrest of a local man for not keeping his sex offender status up to date.
Jimmy W. Cutshall of Forest Street, as a registered sex offender, is required to register on an annual basis within a week before or after his birthday.
Having not done so, a warrant was issued for his arrest. Cutshall was located at his residence Friday and taken into custody by Lt. John Bishop and Officer Stacey Hobbs along with Officer Carlos Howard.
