A Greene County man is back behind bars following his weekend arrest on Violation of Probation charges.
Responding to a tip, Deputies responded a Fishpond Road residence in Chuckey where they found Brian Hoese of Debusk Road in a barn.
The Sheriff’s Department report says what appeared to be meth was found on his person. The item was sent for forensic testing.
Hoese had been arrested on Fugitive from Justice charges out of another state in January of this year.
He is due in Sessions Court today.
