A Greeneville man was arrested Tuesday , a day after a neighbor at Crestview Terrace Apartments on the 70 By-Pass says the man threatened him with a gun.
Ethan R. Fredricks was taken into custody without incident a day after he is reported to have pulled a loaded semi-automatic handgun on the neighbor.
Neighbors say he had been outside, yelling racial slurs and causing a disturbance. The complainant said the incident occurred when he told Fredricks to stop yelling and go back inside.
Greeneville Police investigated.
