Greeneville City Schools has released its updated policy for free and reduced-price school meals for the 2025–2026 school year under the National School Lunch and Breakfast Programs.
The district will continue participating in the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) for four elementary schools:
-
Eastview Elementary
-
Hal Henard Elementary
-
Highland Elementary
-
Tusculum View Elementary
Under CEP, all students enrolled at these schools will receive free breakfast, lunch, and snacks (when available) with no application required. This program, part of the Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act of 2010, allows eligible schools to offer meals at no cost to all students while meeting USDA nutritional guidelines.
Students at Greeneville Middle School and Greeneville High School are not covered under CEP and may still qualify for free or reduced-price meals based on household income. Families are encouraged to complete an application either online or in paper form.
