In addition to the City Manager and Law Firm considerations and other agenda items Tuesday, after adjournment City Council will go into Executive Session with Town Attorney Ron Woods for what the agenda describes simply as a legal update. Obviously this being a meeting with legal council, the media is not allowed to attend nor was a topic disclosed on the agenda.
Earlier during the meeting, the Mayor Comments will include a retirement recommendation and a joint proclamation.
Public comments are always allowed for those signed up prior to the meeting but are related to only discussion of items on the agenda.
