The Greeneville Board of Mayor & Aldermen approved at their meeting on Tuesday a request from the Greene County Partnership for $3,500 to sponsor the NJCAA Division III World Series.
The World Series will be held in Greene County May 28 through June 2. The money from the Town of Greeneville will be used for promotional materials, marketing, etc.
The money will come from the hotel/motel tax.
The Greeneville Board of Mayor & Aldermen will next meet on Tuesday, March 15.
