The now suspended barber charged twice on sexual related charges of customers was back in court this week.
45 year old Jeremy Cutshaw appeared before Sessions Judge Kenneth Bailey, Jr. for a two hour preliminary hearing which eventually led to the charges being bound over to the Greene County Grand Jury.
Cutshaw had been charged initially with sexual battery on a juvenile customer in December. Just over a week later, another customer reported he had been assaulted by Cutshaw in a similar manner in May of last year at the Barber Shop on East McKee Street.
Later in December Cutshaw had his license to cut hair suspended by the Tennessee State Board of Cosmetology and Barber Examiners. In addition to the charges against him ,the report from the State Board also stated inspectors found he had been working with both an expired individual and shop license at the Uppercut Barber Shop, The building where the barber shop was located owned by a local businessman, has since closed and the building remains vacant.
Cutshaw is free after posting bond on both reported incidents.
