The Tusculum-Greeneville-Greene County Industrial Development Board today approved the name “Greene Valley Business Park” for the 335+ acre site at Tusculum.
The unanimous vote followed a motion by Mayor Cal Doty and second by Tim Teague.
IDB Chair and Tusculum Mayor Alan Corley says the new name just makes sense.
Until now, the property has been called Mountain View Park, probably used by TVA when it first began mapping the area years ago.
