The property exchange between Greeneville/Greene County and the school systems was addressed by the Greeneville City Council Tuesday.
The board gave City Manager Todd Smith authority to finalize a memorandum of understanding which when completed, will transfer ownership of the Greene Tech Center property to the Town of Greeneville and the McNeese Center to the Greene County Board of Education.
The memorandum of understanding also includes financial agreements as they relate to all parties involved.
