The Greene County Solid Waste Department and all the convenience centers will be closed on Monday December 25, 2023 and on Monday January 1, 2024. (The transfer station and landfill will be closed on both days)
The department will resume normal scheduled hours at the convenience centers and business pickups on Tuesday December 26, 2023 and Tuesday January 2, 2024.
The convenience centers that are regularly scheduled to be open from 8:00AM – 4:00PM on Saturday, December 23, 2023 will close at 12:00 PM.
