Admittedly, Jeff Caudill hasn’t always been the easiest on company vehicles during his time in law enforcement, but being a great co-worker and well liked was not a problem.
Family, friends and many in the law enforcement community gathered at the Rescue Squad building Tuesday afternoon to honor and roast Caudill during a retirement reception.
Greene County Mayor Kevin Morrison was also in attendance to read and present a proclamation to Caudill.

Another plaque was presented to Caudill by Sheriff Wesley Holt, one of three sheriff’s Caudill has served under during his tenure.

Stories were told, many of them hard to believe until you saw a collective shaking of heads in the affirmative as the memories were shared by co-worker after co-worker.
It was when Caudill said thank you to those in attendance he became a tad emotional and was quickly joined by Sheriff Holt and Sheriff-elect David Beverly.
