Several people were indicted by the Greene County Grand Jury Monday with several aggravated assault charges and more including possession of drugs, evading arrest, and introduction of drugs into a Penal Institution.
Landon Lee Williams of Guthrie Greene Road in Greeneville was charged with Felony Evading, Possession of Methamphetamine and Drug Paraphernalia, and Simple Possession of Marijuana. Williams did commit the offense on October 4th, 2022 of attempting to evade the Baileyton Police Department and creating a risk to bystanders. According to the indictment, Williams was in possession of 300 grams of Meth with the intent to sell/deliver.
Martin Mullett of North Hill Street in Greeneville was charged with the Killing of an Animal on November 28th, 2022. Mullett committed the offense of killing a dog on that day without the owners consent.
Raymond Dudley Webb, Jr. of Concord Road in Mohawk was charged with Simple Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. On December 21st, 2022 Web allegedly was in possession of the drugs with the intent to use drug to wit store, contain, inject or otherwise introduce into the human body. According to a report provided in December of last year, Webb was seen leaving a home on Chapel Street in Greeneville December 21st and after being confronted by an officer due to the report of a burglary, he allegedly tried to run away causing a Taser to be deployed.
He was eventually arrested by an officer. 3.7 grams of Meth, Drug Paraphernalia including baggies, weights for a scale, syringes, a spoon with residue, and a 9 mm bullet were found. He was arrested and charged with possession of Methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, resisting stop halt frisk, and criminal impersonation.
Wilber A. Martinez of Arnold Road in Greeneville was indicted and charged with 2 counts of Aggravated Domestic Assault for causing fear of bodily injury with a knife on November 2, 2022 to two individuals within a home. He was charged with another count of Domestic Assault, Evading Arrest for intentionally fleeing the Greeneville Police Department, and Criminal Impersonation with intent to defraud an officer.
Jody Edwin Ryans of Baileyton Road in Greeneville was indicted and charged with 2 counts of Aggravated Assault for committing the offense and caused fear of bodily injury to two individuals on December 26th, 2022 with a firearm.
