Today is opening day at the 75th annual Greene County Fair. All students are admitted free while those age 60 and over and veterans will be admitted for $5. Admission for all others is $10. The main gates open at 4:00 pm. Pay-one-price carnival rides, which open at 5:00 pm, are $25.
Fair President Rick Clark says a special opening ceremony will ne held at 7:00 pm.
