A Flood Watch will be in effect for Greene County from 7 AM Saturday until 1 AM Sunday.
According to the National Weather Service in Morristown, heavy rainfall on top of saturated ground may result in flash flooding and river flooding. Motorists are advised to watch for flooding around creeks and streams, as well as low lying areas.
Also, a Wind Advisory will be in effect for Southeast Greene County from 1 PM Saturday until 1 AM Sunday. Winds of 20 to 30 miles per hour are expected, with gusts up to 55 miles per hour.
