Emergency personnel responded around 3:45 Friday afternoon to a fire at a residence at 865 Weems Chapel Road.
The residents reportedly saw embers under the mobile home. All occupants were able to get out of the house safely.
The Mosheim and Midway Volunteer Fire Departments, along with the Town of Mosheim, responded. The Greene County Sheriff’s Department, Greeneville Energy Authority, and Greene County Chaplain Danny Ricker were also on the scene. EMS was on standby as well.
