The United Way of Greene County is proud to announce its sponsorship of the Greeneville Flyboys baseball game on July 18th, held at the stadium on the Tusculum University campus. This special event will feature a “Davy Crockett” theme celebrating local heritage while highlighting the organization’s mission of “Local dollars, trusted decisions, lasting impact!”
The July 18 event will immerse fans in local history through a partnership with the Davy Crockett Birthplace State Park. Attendees can expect a live appearance by an interpretive ranger in period clothing, the Davy Crockett mobile homestead, and thrilling demonstrations of black rifle fire. Commemorative Davy Crockett jerseys will be auctioned online. The evening will conclude with a spectacular fireworks display. Tickets are currently available for purchase at the stadium ticket office.
