Thrive Church is sending a mission team to Guatemala in June. The team will be conducting a VBS for approximately 80 children in a village that has no electricity. Currently their community has two small school classrooms, and the team plans to build an additional room. Food packages will be distributed, and a dental care workshop will be held, providing dental care kits for each child. An all-day youth event is also planned for the teenagers. The team hopes to have additional funds to provide solar power panels for the school. The impact on those being served and on each member of the team is life-changing and truly unforgettable. This yard sale is one of two major events to provide the necessary funds for the trip and projects. The sale will be hosted on April 5, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. There has been an incredible outpouring of gently used and new items donated for this sale, and it will be huge.
