There will be a regular Greeneville City Council meeting on March 4, 2025, in the G. Thomas Love Board Room at 4:00 PM. The meeting will cover topics including Mayor’s comments, public comments, unfinished business, and new business. The discussion of new business will include the consideration of special event applications for the following 2025 events: The 30th Anniversary of Iris Festival date, Sundown on Depot car show, Volunteer State Auto Club hosts a car show, and the annual Freedom Day Street Dance. New business will also consider a resolution to authorize and appropriate funds for a study of Hazardous Duty Supplemental Benefit for Public Safety Officers. Six portable radios for the Greeneville Fire Department will also be considered along with Parks and Recreation Locust Street Property.
