Civil Service Examination

A civil service examination will take place on February 27, 2025, at the Greene County Courthouse beginning promptly at 6:00 PM. It is advised to get the courthouse no later than 5:45 PM. Bring a photo identification. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, a U.S. citizen, possess a valid Tennessee drivers license, a high school graduate or possess a GED, and have no criminal record. Participants must be able to pass a physical and psychological examination and be of good moral character. Other requirements may apply.
