The Greeneville Fire Department, Greeneville Police Department, and the Greeneville Energy Authority responded to the report of a fire at Twin Oaks Village Apartments on Arnold Road around 12:45 Wednesday afternoon.
Witness says the fire started outside Building B surrounding an HVAC unit.
Greeneville Fire quickly extinguished the flames, thought to be caused by electrical wiring attached to the heat pump.
